  • Check-in & group warm-up
  • Evidence-based group therapy
  • Psychoeducation & skills practice
  • Weekly 1:1 counseling (scheduled)
  • Movement and/or mindfulness integration

What You’ll Work On

  • Relapse-prevention skills: recognizing patterns, planning for high-risk times
  • Emotional regulation: tools from CBT/DBT you can actually use
  • Co-occurring support: integrated care for anxiety, depression, trauma
  • Community: peer connection and healthy accountability

How Movement Fits In

Movement isn’t required, but many clients add short, guided sessions to manage stress and build routine. You’ll learn options you can do at home or in our recovery gym.

Who IOP Helps

IOP is designed for people who need more than weekly therapy but don’t require 24-hour care. It’s also a great fit when stepping down from a higher level of care.

After IOP

Many clients transition to ASAM 1.0 Aftercare, which meets in the evenings and helps you maintain progress while life gets busier.
