Program Overview
Our co-occurring track supports people managing both substance use and mental health concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar). Care is coordinated across your treatment team so goals stay realistic and consistent, and you aren’t left to “figure it out” alone.
We’ll verify benefits and match you to the right program. Quick, private, judgment-free.

Research shows outcomes improve when substance use and mental health are treated together. At TCWCRG, your plan blends counseling, practical supports, and movement-based wellness to help stabilize symptoms and build daily routines that last.
Adults experiencing both substance use and mental health concerns who can engage in outpatient services. If you’re unsure about the right level of care, we’ll verify benefits and complete a brief assessment to recommend IOP (ASAM 2.1), Aftercare (ASAM 1.0), or an individual therapy plan that fits your schedule.
Your clinician will help stabilize immediate concerns, build a practical routine, and align services around your goals. Many clients combine counseling with peer support, wellness sessions, and nutrition counseling.
