Movement is a powerful recovery tool. TCWCRG’s Physical Wellness Sessions are fitness-based therapy experiences designed to improve mood, sleep, energy, and confidence—no matter your starting point. Sessions are adapted to your abilities and goals.

Movement supports brain health, emotional regulation, and relapse prevention. Our team integrates wellness with your therapy, groups, peer support, and nutrition so gains carry into everyday life.
Adults in recovery at any fitness level—including those returning to movement after time away. We screen for safety, adapt for injuries or medical concerns, and coordinate with your clinician and (when relevant) your prescriber.
Each session includes a brief check-in, warm-up, main activity, and cooldown with breathwork or mobility. Your coach adjusts intensity and teaches form so you feel safe and successful.
