    Why Involve Family at TCWCRG

When families understand recovery and have shared tools, outcomes improve. Our team coordinates with your loved one’s clinicians (with permission) so everyone is working from the same plan—at home and in treatment.

    • Integrated approach: Aligns with therapy, groups, wellness, and nutrition services
    • Actionable skills: Scripts, boundary plans, and calm-in-the-moment strategies
    • Flexible options: 1:1 coaching or joint sessions; evening times available
    • Privacy & respect: We protect confidentiality and use releases as needed
    • Real-life support: School/work schedules, childcare, transportation, and routines

    Who Can Participate?

Parents, partners, spouses, siblings, adult children, and close friends supporting an adult engaged in care at TCWCRG. With the client’s consent, we can hold joint sessions; we also offer separate education/coaching for loved ones. If your person isn’t in our program, we’ll help you find appropriate community resources.

How Sessions Work & What’s Included

Start with a brief consult to clarify goals and immediate concerns. From there, choose a one-time session or a short series. Many families pair this support with the client’s therapy, groups, or aftercare.

    • Initial consult: Concerns, history, safety considerations, and goals
    • Family sessions or coaching: Communication tools, boundary plans, and support roles
    • Crisis & relapse response: Warning signs, de-escalation steps, and contact tree
    • Resource guide: Community meetings, education, benefits, and caregiver supports
    • Scheduling: Evening availability; insurance-billed when eligible
