    Who Can Participate?

    Adults seeking confidential, one-to-one support for substance use, mental health, or both. Therapy can be a starting point, a step-down from IOP/Aftercare, or paired with groups, peer services, wellness sessions, and nutrition. If you’re unsure where to begin, we’ll help you choose the right path after a brief assessment and benefits check.

    How Sessions Work & What’s Included

    We start with an intake to clarify history, strengths, risks, and goals. Session frequency is based on clinical need and can adjust over time. Your therapist will share handouts and practice plans so tools translate into your week.

    • Intake & plan: Collaborative goals, safety check, and care recommendations
    • Session format: 45–60 minute 1:1 sessions; weekly or bi-weekly typical
    • Focus areas: Cravings, triggers, emotion regulation, boundaries, relationships, grief/shame/self-esteem
    • Add-ons: Group counseling, peer coaching, wellness/gym sessions, nutrition counseling
