    Why Choose IOP at TCWCRG

Our IOP blends licensed counseling with practical, whole-person supports so progress shows up in daily life. You’ll work with clinicians and Certified Peer Recovery Specialists, with options to add movement-based wellness sessions and nutrition counseling.

    • Team-based care: Licensed counselors, peers, and coordinated referrals as needed
    • Skills that stick: Cravings management, emotion regulation, communication, boundaries
    • Structure + flexibility: Morning groups support work, school, and family routines
    • Integrated wellness: Optional gym/wellness sessions and dietitian support

    Who Can Participate?

Adults with moderate to severe substance use concerns who do not need 24/7 medical supervision but benefit from structured, frequent therapy. If you’re unsure of your fit, we’ll complete a brief assessment and benefits check to confirm the right level of care.
