Movement is a powerful recovery tool. TCWCRG’s Physical Wellness Sessions are fitness-based therapy experiences designed to improve mood, sleep, energy, and confidence—no matter your starting point. Sessions are adapted to your abilities and goals.

    Who Can Participate?

    Adults in recovery at any fitness level—including those returning to movement after time away. We screen for safety, adapt for injuries or medical concerns, and coordinate with your clinician and (when relevant) your prescriber.

    Session Format & Activities

    Each session includes a brief check-in, warm-up, main activity, and cooldown with breathwork or mobility. Your coach adjusts intensity and teaches form so you feel safe and successful.

    • Strength & conditioning with bodyweight or light equipment
    • Mobility & flexibility to reduce stiffness and support recovery
    • Recovery-focused movement (walks, circuits, tempo work) to steady mood and cravings
    • Stress-reduction techniques through breathwork and paced movement
    • Home-routine planning with simple, repeatable exercises
